Fruit Wine

Fruit wines are made from fruit varieties other than grapes and can be still or sparkling. They often have high sugar and low acidity characteristics, but can also be relatively dry when produced in some climates and with some varieties of fruit. Berry wines tend to be sweeter than non-berry fruits.
